Q. Does your price include delivery and is there a way to get the part quicker?

The prices shown, all include delivery. All items are sent on a next working day courrier but items must be ordered by 2pm at the latest to ensure the possibility of recieving the part next working day.

Q. Why are the parts so much cheaper than from my service provider, are they of a poor quality?

The parts we supply are all of the same high quality that your original boiler manufacturer supplied and in most cases parts are made by the same manufacturer that supplied the boiler manufacturer, some are of a higher quality. We buy our parts directly from the part manufacturers and therefore we cut out the boiler manufacturer, distributor and the service provider, giving you a better price for the same or better quality.

Q. What if you don't have the part I require?

No problem, if you cannot see the part you require on our site, then please complete one of our Part Finder forms and we will come back to you with a cost and availability.
